Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 176-bed facility with innovative, guest-focused leadership. You will guide strategy, operations, and patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare landscape.

You will drive talent development, accountability, and strong financial results while ensuring compliance and quality outcomes across the team.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in current State or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.

What you Need to make a Difference:
