Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute, a 176-bed facility, seeks a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead with innovation in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in the state of location or willingness to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven track record of leadership, patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and financial results.

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
