Qualifications

• Virginia LNHA license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing Home Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred and strong regulatory/compliance history.

What You'll Do

As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will:

• Previous leadership experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred

• Demonstrated success in regulatory compliance, census development, financial management, employee engagement, and quality improvement

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: $140,000–$150,000 annually
