Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Management experience in skilled nursing, residential care, or assisted living.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, payer requirements, case management, cost management, productivity, and employee/labor relations.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Skilled Nursing Center Site Administrator to provide leadership and operational oversight for a skilled nursing facility in Middlebury, Vermont.

The Site Administrator will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality, resident-centered environment while ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. This role will also contribute to the continued development and improvement of post-acute and long-term care services.
