A respected skilled nursing facility in Greenwich, CT is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide strong leadership and oversee the facility's overall clinical, operational, and financial performance.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, results-oriented leader who is committed to delivering exceptional resident care while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, compassion, and continuous improvement.
Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the skilled nursing facility.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care and services.
Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and facility staff.
Monitor and improve clinical, financial, operational, and quality performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, employees, physicians, and community partners.
Oversee staffing, recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and performance management.
Prepare for and successfully navigate regulatory surveys, inspections, and audits.
Establish and implement quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
Manage budgets, expenses, census growth, and other key operational metrics.

Current Connecticut Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.
Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, senior living, or a related healthcare environment.
Strong knowledge of federal and state nursing home regulations and regulatory survey processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and achieve clinical, operational, financial, and quality objectives.
Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of census development, financial management, staffing, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance.
