Job summary

Infojini Healthcare seeks an experienced Skilled Nursing Center Site Administrator to lead a Middlebury, Vermont facility. The role focuses on strategic leadership, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care in a post-acute and long-term care setting.

You will oversee operations, drive continuous improvement, manage staff development, and collaborate with residents, families, and leadership to meet clinical and financial goals under a 13-week contract from October 12, 2026 to January 10,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Management experience in skilled nursing, residential care, or assisted living.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, payer requirements, case management, cost management, productivity, and employee/labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the skilled nursing center.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare, state, and federal regulations.
• Promote high-quality, compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across clinical and operational services.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and leadership.
• Support employee engagement, labor relations, and staff development.
• Oversee operational planning, cost management, productivity, and performance.
• Monitor trends and requirements within long-term and post-acute care.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve clinical, business, and organizational goals.
