Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking a visionary Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a 176-bed facility in Terre Haute, IN. The role emphasizes innovation, talent development, accountability, and strategic leadership to drive quality outcomes in long-term care.

Requirements include an active LNHA license, 3 years of SNF leadership, and proven P&L ownership. AI tools familiarity is a plus. Excellent communication and people leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility required.
• Comfort with AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to drive quality outcomes in a 176-bed SNF.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and staff engagement initiatives.

What you Need to make a Difference:
