Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking an accomplished Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead as Executive Director in a 176-bed facility. You will drive strategic growth, clinical quality, and financial performance while maintaining patient-centered care and staff engagement.

The role requires an LNHA license, 3+ years of SNF leadership, and a proven track record in P&L management. AI tools experience is a plus, with a strong emphasis on innovative operations and team

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license in the state of location or be willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven track record with P&L responsibility and financial outcomes.
• Comfort with AI tools and digital health solutions is preferred.

What you Need to make a Difference:
