Qualifications

• Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or relevant leadership role.
• Licensed in NYS as LNHA.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient care delivery, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the facility, including patient care, staff supervision, and administrative tasks.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to improve quality of care and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee staff training and development, providing guidance and mentorship for high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and other department leaders for seamless communication and care coordination.
• Analyze and report on facility performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, referring physicians, and other stakeholders.
