Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our Terre Haute facility with a focus on innovation and patient-centered care. You will guide operations, develop talent, and drive strategic results in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

The role requires a current LNHA license, 3 years of skilled nursing facility leadership, and demonstrated success in clinical, staff, and financial outcomes, with P&L responsibility and comfort with AI tools

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the state of location or willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven success in LNHA role evidenced by clinical, staff, and financial metrics.
• Previous P&L responsibility required; comfort with AI tools preferred.

What you Need to make a Difference:
