Benchmark is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team in a full-time, all-shifts role. You will deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment, assisting with daily living activities and providing emotional support.

Responsibilities include documenting care, reporting health changes, engaging residents in activities, and using strong customer service to ensure meaningful care. Prior CNA/HHA/LNA licensing required; training offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient care approach required.
• Experience with daily living activities is favored.
• Ability to document care accurately for staff.
• Provide emotional support and engage residents in activities.

Job description

We are looking for a compassionate LNA to join our team, full time all shifts! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required. No certification? No problem! We will train the right person.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
