Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an LNA to join a 29-bed Geropsychiatric Unit in Manchester, NH. You will perform direct and indirect patient care under supervision, providing personal support and documenting in the medical record as needed.

The role reports to the RN and Clinical Nurse Manager and focuses on compassionate care for patients 65+ with cognitive and psychiatric needs, with a 7:00am–7:30pm shift, 24 hours per week, and alternating weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Current New Hampshire licensure as LNA required.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment.
• Aggression de-escalation training approved by EHS.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living
• Report all observations, symptoms, deviations from normal, and changes in patient’s condition to RN
• Provide basic support to patients and families
• Documents in selected areas of the medical record as appropriate
