Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire licensure as LNA required.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment.
• Aggression de-escalation training approved by EHS.

• Report all observations and changes in patient’s condition to RN.
• Provide basic support to patients and families.
