Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an LNA to join the 29-bed Geropsychiatric Unit serving patients 65+. Under RN supervision, you will provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and support families with compassionate care.

You must hold NH LNA licensure, be able to obtain BLS during orientation, and complete aggression de-escalation training approved by EHS. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Current New Hampshire licensure as LNA required.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment.
• Aggression de-escalation training approved by EHS.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Report all observations, symptoms, deviations from normal, and changes in patient’s condition to RN.
• Provide basic support to patients and families.
• Document in selected areas of the medical record as appropriate.
