Qualifications:
?Education: Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program.

Licensure|Certifications:

?Experience: 1+ year of LNA experience (rehab, long-term care, or acute care preferred).
?Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADLs (activities of daily living), vital sign monitoring, and infection control protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
