• New higher CNA rates with excellent benefits
• Baylor Double Weekend Program: work 4 weekends, get paid for 5
• Full-Time & Part-Time positions (every other weekend required)
• Limited per diem opportunities
• The CNA will provide routine daily nursing care, ensuring residents' needs are met with compassion and professionalism
• Assist residents with mobility, personal care, feeding, and hygiene
• Respond promptly to resident calls and report changes in condition

Requirements

• Current CNA certification in New York State in good standing
• Commitment to delivering quality, compassionate care
• Interest in caring for diverse residents, including elderly and challenging cases
• Patience, cheerful disposition, strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
