Springs Ranch is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our Resident Services team in Colorado Springs. New nursing grads are welcome and both full-time and part-time roles are available. Earn between $35 and $38 per hour, depending on experience, with multiple shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Colorado.
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
• Must have ability to gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.

• Perform medication administration and assistance.
• Assess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document this nursing process through charting by exception.
• Follow standards of nursing conduct and standard practice.

You are a licensed healthcare professional who has a passion behind your practice! You safely provide nursing care to residents, administer medications, and work closely with all departments to achieve the highest standards for resident assistance and independence.
