Job summary

Koelsch Communities seeks an enthusiastic LPN/LVN/RN to join our Resident Services team at Delaware Plaza in Washington. New nursing grads are welcome. This is a full-time position with a night shift (11 PM–7 AM) and a pay range of $35–$40/hour depending on experience.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate across departments to uphold resident independence. A cutting-edge EHR system is used to streamline nursing tasks and time management.

Qualifications

• Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Washington.
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
• Must have CPR/First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.

• Perform medication administration and assistance
• Assess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document this nursing process through charting by exception
• Follow standards of nursing conduct and standard practice
