Job summary

Koelsch Communities’ Springs Ranch is seeking an enthusiastic LPN to join our Resident Services team. New nursing grads are welcome to apply.

Full-time and Part-Time opportunities are available, with shifts 6:30 AM–3:00 PM and 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, including some weekends. You will administer medications, provide nursing care to residents, and collaborate with all departments to maintain high standards of resident independence.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in Colorado.
• Willing to work full-time or part-time.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification as needed.
• Excellent communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents.

Who You Are

You are a licensed healthcare professional who has a passion behind your practice! You safely provide nursing care to residents, administer medications, and work closely with all departments to achieve the highest standards for resident assistance and independence. We offer a cutting-edge EHR System to save nurses time!

What You'll Do

• Perform non-invasive resident treatments
• Perform medication administration and assistance
• Assess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document this nursing process through charting by exception
• Follow standards of nursing conduct and standard practice
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) in the State of Colorado
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
