True Financial Lending in Southfield, MI is hiring licensed Mortgage Loan Officers for an inside sales role at our headquarters. You will close residential and/or commercial loans with live leads from appointment setters, focusing on closing rather than hunting for business.

This full-time position offers uncapped commissions, flexible pay plans, remote work options, and rapid growth in a fast-growing mortgage lender.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
• Multiple lead sources provided - Inbound, transfers, outbound
• Guide clients seamlessly through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
