Job summary

TrueFinancial is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for a full-time, inside sales role. The team provides live leads each day, allowing you to focus on closing residential and/or commercial loans from a remote home office.

Expect uncapped commissions, multiple pay plans, and strong branding support as you build your pipeline. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of loan originations and an active NMLS license.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower profiles and recommend residential mortgage products.
• Guide clients through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
