Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Licensed Mortgage Associate in Plano, TX to balance administrative excellence with sales support across the mortgage process.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate documentation, and assist with loan origination while ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and regulatory standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; finance/business degree preferred.
• Current NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in mortgage or financial services.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, processes and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact, handling client inquiries throughout the loan process.
• Guide borrowers through document collection and ensure complete submissions for approvals.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and stakeholders to advance files toward closing.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain service standards.
• Create promotional materials and sales literature to support growth.
• Assist Mortgage Consultants and coordinate with title companies and closing teams.
