Job summary

Geode Health is actively recruiting a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for the greater Pflugerville region to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the spectrum of care.

You will collaborate with an integrated care team, support crisis intervention when needed, and help patients define goals with personalized care. Hybrid work includes onsite and telehealth, with a schedule designed in advance.

Qualifications

• Active license (LCSW, LPC or LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency in using an EMR system for accurate record-keeping.
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Preference for therapists with 1+ year of psychotherapy experience.
