Job summary

Geode Health is seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist in Leander, TX to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the spectrum of care. You will collaborate with an integrated care team and deliver crisis intervention when needed, while tracking outcomes to ensure high-quality care.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days telehealth weekly, competitive compensation, and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed (LCSW, LPC or LMFT) in Texas.
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Proficiency using an EMR system and maintaining accurate EHRs.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Ability to see a broad spectrum of mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team to coordinate care.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Support patient progress through measurement-based care and outcomes tracking.
