Qualifications

• Active license (LCSW, LPC or LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency with an EMR system and maintaining up-to-date electronic health records for patient encounters.
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Ability to see a broad spectrum of mental health conditions.
• Geode prefers therapists with over one year of psychotherapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for care coordination.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Partner with the provider to ensure full spectrum psychiatric and therapeutic care is well coordinated.
• Support patients with personalized care and follow-ups.
