Job summary

Geode Health in Plano, TX is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and deliver psychotherapy across the spectrum. You will collaborate with an integrated care team to coordinate care and support crisis intervention when needed.

This role offers a hybrid schedule (three days onsite, two days telehealth), competitive compensation, CME reimbursement, and a commitment to evidence-based care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active license (LCSW, LPC or LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• Passion for high quality care.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency in using an EMR system for accurate patient records.
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Desire to treat a general spectrum of mental health conditions.
• Geode prefers therapists with 1+ year of psychotherapy experience.

Responsibilities
