Job summary

Geode Health of Texas, PLLC is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the Dallas area to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the spectrum of care. The role offers a hybrid schedule with three days on-site and two days telehealth, plus a flexible approach to appointment design and after-hours crisis support.

You will collaborate with other clinicians, maintain EMR records, and develop individualized treatment plans within a mission-driven team

Qualifications

• Active licensed in Texas (LCSW, LPC or LMFT).
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Proficient with electronic health records (EMR).

Responsibilities
