New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed mental health therapists to join a collaborative clinical team in Pittsburgh. You will provide outpatient therapy services, develop safety and crisis plans, and work toward licensure while supporting diverse communities.

• Master’s or doctoral degree required.
• Current active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis and safety plans and relapse prevention plans.
• Participate in case consultations and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and staff.
