New Directions Mental Health, a Transformations Care Network member, seeks Licensed Mental Health Therapists in Pennsylvania to empower clients and advance access to care. Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Current PA licensure or eligibility for licensure by hire date.
• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment plans; obtain insurance authorization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and therapists for holistic care.
