Job summary

ARC Health partners is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our network of partner practices. Roles include delivering outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with several placement options across in-person, hybrid, or remote settings.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license in the applicable state (PhD/PsyD for psychologists, LCSW/LMSW/LMFT/LPC/LPCC as applicable).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Ability to provide therapy independently.
• Comfort using EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Manage an active caseload.
• Participate in supervision, consultation, or team meetings as required.
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and practice policies.
