Job summary

ARC Health partners is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families across partner practices. Success in these roles includes maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, timely documentation, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC license in the applicable state.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Ability to provide therapy independently.
• Comfort using EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Manage an active caseload.
• Participate in consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required.
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and practice policies.
