Job summary

ARC Health partners with clinician-led practices to provide operational and recruiting support, preserving clinical autonomy. Licensed therapists join partner practices to deliver outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with varied schedules and settings.

Roles include maintaining caseloads, documentation, and collaboration with clinical teams, while compensation, benefits, and scheduling vary by practice.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC license in the applicable state.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Ability to provide therapy independently.
• Comfort using EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Providing psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Managing an active caseload.
• Participating in consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required.
• Adhering to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and practice policies.
