Licensed Mental Health Therapists will provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families, maintain caseloads, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure quality care and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in the applicable state (Psychologist, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC).
• Masters or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Ability to provide therapy independently.
• Comfort using EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Manage an active caseload.
• Participate in consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required.
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and practice policies.
