Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to deliver mental health services for adolescents and young adults. Roles available as part-time or full-time W-2 with on-site work in Oregon.

Compensation

(base + bonus) $80,000-$90,000

About the Role

Charlie Health is hiring a few exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide mental health services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.

Positions available as part-time or full-time W-2.

Part-Time: Minimum 12 hours/week; flexible scheduling

Full-Time: 40 hours/week

About You

Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)

Experienced with teens and young adults

Passionate and skilled in group services

Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video

Available evenings to meet client needs

Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis

Qualifications

Independently licensed mental health clinicians ONLY

Master’s degree in mental health or related field

Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred

Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W-2

Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
