Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is hiring independently licensed mental health clinicians to provide remote telehealth services to adolescents and young adults. Positions are available part-time or full-time on a W-2 basis, with evening availability to accommodate clients.

Clinicians apply DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI where appropriate and will join a collaborative team delivering personalized behavioral health care from home. Prior licensing in Wisconsin is required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed mental health clinician only.
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred.
• Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
• Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
• Positions available as part-time or full-time W-2.
• Evening availability to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver high-quality behavioral health care.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation in EMR/outcomes systems.

Compensation

• Full-Time Salary: (base + bonus) $70,000-$80,000

About The Role

Charlie Health is hiring a few exceptional independently Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We’re eager to work with forward‑thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.

Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting. Positions available as part‑time or full‑time W-2.

• Part‑Time: Minimum 12 hours/week; flexible scheduling
• Full‑Time: 40 hours/week; evening availability required

About You

• Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
• Experienced with teens and young adults
• Passionate and skilled in group services
• Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
• Available evenings to meet client needs
• Committed to self‑care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
