Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring licensed mental health therapists to serve adolescent and young adult clients at our Bloomington, MN site. This full-time W-2 role emphasizes evidence-based care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold Minnesota independent licensure (LIDW, LICSW, LPCC, LPC, LMFT), are proficient with DBT/CBT/EMDR, and are available to work evenings to meet client needs. We offer comprehensive benefits and supportive infrastructure.

About The Role

Charlie Health is hiring a few exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide mental health services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We're eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients. Positions available as full-time W-2.

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week

About You

• Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
• Experienced with teens and young adults
• Passionate and skilled in group services
• Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
• Available evenings to meet client needs
• Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis

Qualifications

• Independently licensed counselors ONLY
• Master's degree in mental health or related field
• Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
• Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W-2
• Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.
