Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is hiring independently licensed mental health clinicians to provide remote telehealth services to adolescents and young adults. Join a collaborative team focused on high-quality care in a flexible schedule, with options for Part-Time or Full-Time W-2 positions.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed mental health clinicians only.
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience with teens and young adults highly preferred.
• Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2.
• Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.

About the Role

Charlie Health is hiring a few exceptional independently Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.

Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting. Positions available as

Part-Time

Minimum 12 hours/week; flexible scheduling

Full-Time

40 hours/week; evening availability

About You

• Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
• Experienced with teens and young adults
• Passionate and skilled in group services
• Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
• Available evenings to meet client needs
• Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
