Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring licensed mental health therapists to provide remote telehealth services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We’re eager to work with forward‑thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.

Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting. Positions available as part‑time or full‑time W‑2.

Qualifications

• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician.
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience with teens and young adults preferred.
• Familiar with telehealth platforms and outcomes software.

Licensing Requirements

MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN NEW HAMPSHIRE

• Pre‑Licensed Social Workers, LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT

Work Type

100% Remote (W-2)

Compensation

• Full-Time Salary: $48,000-$70,000


• Part-Time Rate: $49-$67/hour

About the Role

Charlie Health is hiring a few exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We’re eager to work with forward‑thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.

Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting. Positions available as part‑time or full‑time W‑2.

Part‑Time

Minimum 12 hours/week; flexible scheduling

Full‑Time

40 hours/week; evening and Saturday availability

About You

• Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)


• Experienced with teens and young adults


• Passionate and skilled in group services


• Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video


• Available evenings to meet client needs


• Committed to self‑care and addressing the rural mental health crisis

Qualifications

• Licensed or pre‑licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome)


• Master’s degree in mental health or related field


• Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred


• Availability between 12‑40 hours/week depending on part‑time or full‑time W‑2


• Familiar with cloud‑based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
