Job summary
Charlie Health is hiring licensed mental health clinicians to provide remote, telehealth services for adolescents and young adults. The role offers flexible scheduling with evening hours and a mix of group and individual therapies.
We support clinicians with a collaborative care team, cross-licensure options, and robust administrative and IT support. Remote work from anywhere in the U.S. is available with W-2 employment and competitive compensation.
Qualifications
- Licensed mental health clinician; required.
- Master's degree in mental health or related field.
- Experience working with youth/young adults preferred.
- Availability 12–40 hours/week for part-time or 40 hours/week for full-time.
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote telehealth services to adolescents and young adults.
- Deliver group therapy and individual counseling.
- Collaborate with care team on case discussions and treatment planning.
- Evening availability to meet client needs.
- Build strong client relationships and monitor outcomes.

Work Type: 100% Remote (W-2)
- Full-Time Salary: (base + bonus) $92,500-102,500
- Part-Time Rate: $61-$77/hour

Charlie Health is hiring a few exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We're eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.
- Part-Time: Minimum 12 hours/week; flexible scheduling
- Full-Time: 40 hours/week; evening availability required
- Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
- Experienced with teens and young adults
- Passionate and skilled in group services
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Available evenings to meet client needs
- Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
- Licensed mental health clinicians ONLY
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
