Centurion Health in Florida is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional to join Gulf Correctional Institution in Wewahitchka. The role provides mental health case management and delivers care in a correctional setting.

You will conduct intake and assessments, participate in crisis intervention, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team. A graduate degree and Florida licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed as a LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.
• Current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification required.
• Able to pass a background check and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management to patients in a correctional setting.

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a full‑time Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at Gulf Correctional Institution located in Wewahitchka, Florida.

The Mental Health Professional provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health care, including intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy.

Schedule

The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.
