Job summary

Centurion Health invites applications for a full-time Mental Health Professional at Lancaster Correctional Institution in Trenton, FL. You will provide mental health case management, assessments, crisis intervention, and therapy within a multidisciplinary team.

The role schedules 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a salary starting at $80K and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field from an accredited institution.
• Active mental health professional license in Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or eligible; unable to hire interns.
• Active BLS certification.
• Minimum of two years’ direct care experience with individuals with mental illness.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain agency clearance where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management in a correctional setting.
• Conduct intake assessments and crisis intervention as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Develop and implement treatment planning and goals.
• Deliver individual and group therapy as appropriate.

The Mental Health Professional provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care, including: intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy.

Schedule: 8am-4:30pm; Monday - Friday

Salary starting at $80K
