Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional at Columbia Correctional Institution in Lake City, FL. The role provides mental health case management, intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy within a correctional setting.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health care and must meet licensure requirements; benefits include health, vision, 401(k), PTO, and loan repayment options.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health or related field.
• Fully licensed LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred.
• Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns are encouraged to apply.
• License-eligible candidates may be considered; licensure required before start date.
• TB documentation and CPR certification required.
• Background check and security clearance where applicable.

The Mental Health Professional provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care, including: intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy.
