We provide telehealth counseling tailored for those dealing with fertility issues and the emotional complexities of family building. Our experienced therapists are attuned to the specific difficulties that arise from fertility struggles and early pregnancy loss.

Job Description:

We are seeking licensed therapists in Ohio (or therapists that are interested in obtaining an Ohio License) to join our growing team of mental health specialists. In this role you will provide virtual counseling and support to clients dealing with a range of infertility challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and/or couples
• Develop personalized treatment plans addressing mental health issues related to the challenges of reproductive health
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in weekly supervision with a Nessa supervisor

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in social work, counseling or related field
• Current licensure in good standing
• Minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling preferably with a focus on fertility related issues
• Certifications in infertility counseling
• Training in basic telehealth practices
• Strong understanding of infertility challenges and their impact on mental health
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records systems
• Empathetic, patient centered approach to care
