OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to work remotely from home. Currently, OMH provides behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we’ve specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in outpatient settings. Our goal is to improve access to holistic, cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinical staff. Our clinicians value the flexibility and efficiency of this work.

Work from or near home:

With locations in Colorado and Massachusetts, OMH is expanding nationwide. We work with you to find the best fit and provide everything needed to treat OMH patients remotely. Our interview process considers your skills, interests, and location to match you with suitable opportunities. Fully remote positions are also available.

Responsibilities:

The psychotherapist participates in OMH’s integrated care team, which includes physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other licensed mental health professionals. OMH values collaborative, coordinated care to provide the highest quality service.

Customize patient care:

You can tailor treatment plans for each patient, deciding on session frequency and length. Work includes individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate.

Set your schedule:

• Create your own schedule for a healthy work/life balance.
• Typically work Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

No on-call duties; focus on patient care. Our support team handles billing, collections, and credentialing, so your time is dedicated to patients. After sessions, your workday ends—no additional administrative or insurance tasks.

Leadership & Advancement:

Education & Licensure:

Completion of an accredited program and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in Indiana is required, with the ability to practice independently. Licensure in Massachusetts and Colorado is preferred.
