OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to work remotely from home. Currently, OMH provides behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we’ve specialized in serving adult and adolescent patients in outpatient settings. Our goal is to improve access to holistic, cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinical staff. Our clinicians find this work offers a perfect balance of flexibility and efficiency.

Work from or near your home:
With locations in Colorado and Massachusetts, OMH is expanding nationwide. We will work with you to find the best fit and provide everything needed to treat OMH patients remotely. Fully remote positions are also available.
Responsibilities:
The psychotherapist will participate in OMH’s integrated care team model. Outpatient behavioral health practices like OMH emphasize team approaches. Join us to develop your skills in integrated behavioral health care, working alongside physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other licensed mental health professionals. We value collaborative, coordinated care to provide the highest quality service.
Customize patient care:
Our clinicians can tailor care for each individual. You determine session frequency and duration. While individual psychotherapy is common, clinicians also perform family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate for various patient needs.
Set your own schedule!
Focus on patient care without extra on-call duties. Our support team handles billing, collections, and credentialing, allowing you to dedicate your time to patients. Once sessions and documentation are completed, your workday ends—no additional responsibilities or insurance hassles.

Education & Licensure:
Completion of an accredited program and licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC in New York is required, with the ability to practice independently. Licensure in Massachusetts and Colorado is preferred.
