Clinical Director, Licensed Mental Health Counselor

The Cabin is looking to hire a Part Time (15-25 hours) licensed mental health professional (LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, LSCW, HSPP, or equivalent) for our Westfield office!

Employment Type :

1099 Independent Contractor; Part Time, 15-25 direct service hours/week.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Active Indiana License: LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, LCSW, HSPP, or equivalent.
• Active Liability Insurance.
• Strong computer skills to access and keep digital records.
• Commitment to equity, multicultural competency, and ethical clinical practice.
• Must be willing and able to work with children and adolescents.
• Evening availability at least 2-3 days/week.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and intake evaluations.
• Develop accurate diagnoses and make appropriate referrals or recommendations.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy (with options for group, couples, and family counseling) using evidenced based interventions.
• Appropriately respond to mental health crises when they arise with clients.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records.
• Adhere to HIPAA, state license regulations, and a professional code of ethics.
• Support The Cabin’s non-profit goals and mission.
• Administrative support for billing and scheduling.
• Scaled reimbursement for professional development based on caseload.
• Collaboration and consultation with other in-house mental health professionals.
• Future opportunities to provide paid supervision to interns and associate licensees.
• In-house Category 2 CEUs offered routinely.
• Monthly Group Supervision (in-person and offered virtually).
• Complimentary Enneagram assessment and debrief by a trained professional.
• Annual staff wellness retreats.
• No insurance filing. We offer sliding scale funding for clients with financial needs.
