Job summary

Thrive Therapy is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join the on-site team. The role starts per diem with the potential to become a full-time salaried position as the program grows.

You will supervise staff, conduct individual and group sessions, and collaborate with other professionals while maintaining detailed client records. Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field, PA licensure, 2+ years of experience, and required background clearances.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology or related field.
• Licensed to practice within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• At least two years of experience providing mental health treatment.
• Background check with State Criminal Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance and FBI Clearance.
• NPI Query and current driver’s license.
• Participation in CBH mandatory in-services.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and develop psychosocial assessments and treatment plans.
• Provide individual, caregiver and group therapy sessions.
• Provide supervision to Mental Health Workers (MHW).
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• All other duties as assigned.
