Job summary

Thrive Therapy is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team on-site. The role begins per-diem and will transition to a full-time salaried position based on program growth; supervisor and clinical service hours are required.

Applicants must have a PA license and relevant master’s degree, with at least two years of experience. This position reports to the Clinical Director and collaborates with MHWs and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology or related field.
• Licensed to practice within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• At least two years of experience providing mental health treatment.
• A background check in accordance with state and federal regulations; State Criminal Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance and FBI Clearance.
• NPI Query and current driver’s license.
• Participation in and completion of all CBH mandatory in-services.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency and the ability to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and develop comprehensive psychosocial assessments and treatment plans.
• Providing individual, caregiver and group therapy sessions.
• Provide supervision to assigned Mental Health Workers (MHW).
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• All other duties as assigned
