OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to work remotely from home. Currently, OMH provides behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we’ve specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in outpatient settings. Our goal is to improve access to holistic and cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinical staff.

Work from or close to home:
With locations in Colorado and Massachusetts, OMH is expanding nationally. We will work with you to find the best fit and provide all necessary tools to treat OMH patients from home. Our interview process assesses your skills, interests, and location to match you with available positions. Ask our recruitment team about local and upcoming offices, or opt for fully remote positions.
Responsibilities:
The psychotherapist will participate in OMH’s integrated care team model. Outpatient behavioral health practices like OMH emphasize team approaches. Join us to develop your skills in integrated behavioral health care alongside physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other licensed professionals. OMH values collaborative relationships to provide high-quality patient care.
Customize patient care:
Our clinicians can tailor care for each patient, determining visit frequency and duration. Clinical work includes individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate for various patient issues.
Set your own schedule!
Focus on patient care; no on-call responsibilities. Our support team handles billing, collections, and credentialing, so clinicians can focus on patients. After sessions, your time is your own—no extra work required.

Leadership & advancement:

Education & licensure:
Completion of an accredited program and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in Georgia is required, with the ability to practice independently. Licensure in Massachusetts and Colorado is preferred.
