SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Administrative Professional to support a Remote opportunity.

Position Overview

The Senior Administrative Professional will serve as the administrative focal point for the MMO, actively managing all official communications channels.

Essential Job Functions
Communication Channels
  • Answering organizational phone line(s) and dispatching callers to appropriate individuals within the MMO
  • Monitoring organizational inboxes, handling common correspondence, or delegating action to appropriate individuals within the MMO
  • Receiving, handling, storing, and distributing mail/media in accordance with security guidelines
Records Management
  • Serve as the Records Custodian for the MMO, managing organizational files and records
  • Support records management lifecycle, implementing applicable policies including DoD STINFO and DTIC requirements
  • Utilize applicable DoD, DAF, AFMC, and AFRL records management systems
Workflow Management
  • Track and coordinate taskers and workflow actions to resolution
  • Manage deadlines, follow-ups, inputs, and communications with leadership
  • Retrieve status information from workflows using queries and reports
Document Preparation
  • Prepare documents and correspondence in standard government formats
  • Track document statuses within organizational workflows
Calendar Management
  • Manage organizational calendars and schedule appointments and resources
Meeting Logistics
  • Coordinate materials, attendees, resources, and host requirements for meetings
Inventory and Supply
  • Coordinate supply and equipment orders and manage inventory
Minimum Position Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field
  • At least 3 years of administrative experience in a high-security environment, preferably within DoD or military settings
